ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING

Mission Accomplished Organizational Coaching aims particularly at the non-profit sector. Its focus is first establishing a client organization's vision, mission and values, and then aligning individuals within the organization with the implementation of that vision.

Organizational coaching is primarily leadership coaching. Individual coaching of such key staff as an organization's director or executive director enhances the working of the entire organization.

Group coaching of executive staff or boards of directors brings a variety of problem-solving methods to bear, changing habitual perspectives that may have blinded an organization to its real mission or the most effective ways of achieving it. Emphasis is placed on cultivation of the flexibility and responsiveness that make organizations into continuous learning environments.

Gabrielle Hass brings 25 years' non-profit executive experience to her organizational consulting practice. She knows how important objective and compassionate peer feedback is to non-profit leaders torn among the competing demands of various constituencies, such as their donors, boards, and staff. Her approach emphasizes clarification and understanding of the client's own agenda.

Organizational coaching can incorporate board or staff retreats when appropriate. The length of the coaching engagement is tailored to client needs, and individual sessions can take place either in person or over the phone. E-mail or call Gabrielle for more information.
